Integral Talent Systems (ITS)

SITUATION

Ten Years ago, ITS hired Ellen Rudy and her team to design their logo and brochure. At that time the firm’s emphasis was on workshops that facilitated creative thinking. The materials we developed used illustration to visually communicate the concept of out-of-the-box thinking.

CHALLENGE

ITS has since become experts in talent retention, with large clients all over the US. ITS came to The Hayden Group in 2007 to begin a staged brand facelift that better communicated ITS’ talent retention services. The materials had to be easy to use and adaptable to the many programs ITS now offers.

SOLUTION

The Hayden Group upgraded the ITS logo to allow even greater flexibility in applications, and created a color palette geared to the specific offerings of the firm. We selected photos that represented the demographics of the firm’s clients, and developed a set of templates for covers and mastheads for the most popular programs. All pieces were designed for print on demand, so they could be customized and printed quickly as needed.

RESULTS

The ITS brand facelift is a work in progress. In 2008 we will complete the templates for all of ITS’ offerings and move on to the final stage – the Web site.
