SITUATION
The Jewish Community Center of Palo Alto had lost its building and many of its activities. Community members were confused as to what was now available and where things were happening, if at all. Management had brought on a new team to rejuvenate the center and they needed to upgrade the brand to be in line with the new direction.
CHALLENGE
Limited budget and resources. The branding would be interpreted by different freelancers and volunteers, as is typical for a non-profit.
SOLUTION
We created a look and feel that conveyed the vitality of the new improved JCC and kept the branding consistent and easily recognized as being from the JCC. The first brochure for the summer camp generated a lot of enthusiasm and started the ball rolling. We continued with seasonal catalogs and eventually a full overhaul of the web site.
RESULTS
The JCC will be re-branded completely in a few years when they rebuild their campus with a new name, but for the interim it is enjoying a healthy brand image and lots of program enrollment.
