Neopost is the European counterpart to Pitney–Bowes mailing services, with installations worldwide. Although its products are easier to use than those from Pitney-Bowes, it has had an uphill battle taking market share from the U.S. leader.
Neopost traditionally has marketed its product feature set rather than product benefits. We created a customer-focused package of brochure and product sheets for Neopost’s Mail Accounting System, highlighting the benefits according to different company needs.
The result is a sales piece that speaks directly to each target audience. The brochure functions as a sales tool for both the Neopost salesperson as well as for the targeted Mailroom Manager who needs to sell “up” to additional decision-makers within the company.
